Covid-19 Wellington Girls College stops in person classes | RNZ

A school near the illegal occupation around Parliament is asking its students to work from home until next Tuesday, after continued assaults and intimidation from protesters.
On Tuesday morning, while protesters threw chemicals at police, and officers were driven into – staff were arriving at Wellington Girls’ College just a block away.
Staff are no longer comfortable escorting students to and from public transport, with the nearest stops on the other side of the protest.
The school’s principal Julia Davidson spoke to producer Michael Cropp about what had changed.
